Patented MicroScale Filter Stops Scale Stains* on Linen
Over time, limescale can build up inside your iron – and the harder the water, the faster this can happen. As it builds up, this will reduce your iron’s steam output and shorten its lifespan. But what you’ll most likely notice is brown stains appearing on your clothes as scale particles get pushed through your iron’s soleplate.
To combat this, Tefal has created an exclusive and patented MicroScale filter. Only Ultimate Pure features this two-in-one innovation designed to stop scale* in its tracks and filter the steam, producing pure and powerful steam for ultimate results.
Steam, polluted by the scale present in the steam chamber, enters the filter. The smallest of scale particles* are captured inside the filter, while filtered and pure steam comes out. So, you can iron away without worrying about staining your clothes. Cleaning the filter is easy, too: simply pull it out to empty the scale. Job done!
