We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, please return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Claiming Non-Receipt of Goods

If you have not received your order within 15 days from the date it was placed, please notify us by emailing contact@discount-uk.shop or calling +44 7868 815233.

While we will make every effort to assist, please note the following:

  • Proof of delivery (POD) may not always be available. However, we will work with our courier partners to check the status of your shipment.
  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 15 days from the order date for us to investigate effectively.
  • If your claim is validated, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
